Bal Harbour // Miami

A relocation of the existing store within Bal Harbour, like many typical American malls the plot is long and thin but with generally, a low ceiling height. This project was started during the design and construction of 23 Old bond street and carries a lot of its design elements, with the addition of a more contemporary arrangement as not in inhibited by Grade 11 listed features.

GRC fluted concrete walls greet customers on arrival with sculptural furniture pieces arrange along the centre of the store. In the centre arranged around a media projection are kids and menswear, with the more traditional lounge and fitting room spaces arranged at the rear for visual protection from the mall.
