135m2 Store in Dubai is composed of 4 types of space: The entrance area clad in the SMc Ubiquitous, fluted concrete, with a focus on accessories and brand display. The spaces then soften to the rear, from the larger lounge, the intimate lounge, down to the small fitting room spaces. These spaces are marked by the experimentation of the brand using different bespoke wall finishes, made of waste products.
The large lounge is clad in waste fabric wall panels made in collaboration with Kvadrat.
The smaller lounge and the fitting rooms are then made from waste paper products experiments, with the smaller lounge area clad in a layered shredded cladding, the fitting rooms are clad in an kind of papier mache.
The central space is furnished with a small landscape or Mario Bellini sofa's, with the space able to be shut off
to maximise privacy.
